I have Moved!

It has come to my attention that people are missing me which is really nice! You may or may not be aware that I have since been lucky enough to secure employment on a full time basis with the wonderful Good Food Ireland who are based in Wexford and offer a fabulous array of authentic local food experiences across the island of Ireland.

As you can imagine this position is right up my street and I do hope that you come follow me there. Thanks to all who supported me in my ecotourism endeavours especially my members, customers and of course those in the industry who helped me on my journey. Roz, May 2016.
