Wild Food Summer School 2015

wildfood-summer-schoolThe second Wild Food Summer School will be held on September 11th,12 & 13th 2015 at the Old Rectory, Killedmond, Borris, Co. Carlow in the Blackstairs Ecotrails Eco Centre. Enjoy three days of foraging, debate, cook ups, great talks, demonstrations,Soap Box Talks,a selection of workshops and lots of stalls showcasing local artisan food.

Guided heritage walk with a taste of shellfish along the Wild Atlantic Way at Strandhill in Sligo.
