A hands on all day workshop getting to know fungi. The delicious Ceps, Chanterelles etc., and learning key identification skills. The day includes visits to woods collecting specimens and after lunch, identification and a cook up of edibles
A hands on all day workshop getting to know wild, safe food. Learn about the incredible edibles, the history and practice of foraging. We will cook up all the edibles we find. Includes a delicious 3 course organic lunch. This is the season for fungi, berries, fruits and nuts and we will spend time in the woods and fields.
