Getting Children Outdoors and Healthy

Nowadays it’s more important than ever to get children outdoors and away from their playstations, phone and tablets. Being outdoors in nature encourages children to learn by natural curiosity which helps them with problem solving capabilities. Learning about the bugs and creatures that live amongst us generates tolerance and understanding that can be beneficial not only to them in the future but to the future of our planet. It also helps combat our growing obesity problem and can alleviate stress. We can also organise special yoga classes for kids or cookery classes where they can work together to create something delicious whilst learning about food and nutrition.
